How it works
Lead Recovery is the flagship. Additional automations are agreed per business. Not every client receives every workflow.
01
Someone reaches you. The clock starts.
02
An immediate, approved reply — including after hours where agreed.
03
Missing detail is collected against your rules.
04
Quiet leads are chased until they move, decline, or stop.
05
Ready work goes to a real diary slot or a person.
06
Existing quotes and no-shows get a controlled second chance.
07
The job is done. Automation does not invent that fact.
08
Where agreed, a review is requested only after verified completion.
Control
Handle the repetitive path with rules you can see. Stop when a person is required. The business remains in control.
Human takeover
A person can step in at any point. Automation is not designed to trap the conversation.
Business-defined rules
Qualification, service areas, eligibility and approved answers are set with you — not improvised.
Approved information only
Replies use information you have approved. Unknowns are asked, stopped, or handed over.
Real availability only
Booking never invents diary slots. Rescheduling uses real booking information.
No invented pricing
Packages and scope are stated plainly. The automation does not invent prices to win a job.
Opt-out and suppression
Stop means stop. Ineligible, declined and suppressed contacts are not kept in the sequence.
Controlled automation
Each workflow is agreed, configured and approved. Not every client receives every automation.
The business remains in control
You define the rules. Staff stay available. Nothing goes live until you approve.
Suitable use cases
These are the kinds of operations the workflows are designed to suit — missed enquiries, quotes, appointments and follow-up. Not a list of existing customers.
Missed calls, after-hours messages, quotes waiting, and jobs that need photos, postcodes and access details.
Intake, quote follow-up and appointment reminders stall in inboxes before a specialist sees them.
Viewings, valuations and maintenance requests go quiet if nobody replies — or if a viewing is missed.
Service, MOT and sales enquiries often need vehicle details, then a booked slot, before they can move.
Reminders, no-shows and rescheduling only work against real availability — never invented diary slots.
If missed replies, quiet quotes or forgotten follow-up are costing you work, this is a suitable use case.

FAQ
Klyvexa is AI automation for the customer journey. The flagship product is the Lead Recovery Agent: respond to incoming enquiries, gather missing information, apply qualification rules, follow up, and — where configured — progress toward a booking or hand the conversation to a person. Additional automations can include missed-call recovery, quote follow-up, appointment / no-show recovery, old-lead reactivation and review requests. Not every client receives every automation. This website is not connected to a live production automation.
No. Visiting this website does not send SMS, WhatsApp or email, and it does not prove a live integration. Additional modules are configured, tested and approved with you before they are switched on. This site does not present live customer usage, production message volume, or ROI figures.
No. Automation is configured around business-defined rules. It is not intended to run as an unsupervised free-for-all. Where a person is required, the workflow is designed to stop and hand over.
Yes. Human takeover is part of the intended design. Staff should be able to step in when a conversation needs a person.
Only where booking is configured and connected to real availability. This website does not show live calendars and does not invent appointment slots. If booking is not in scope, the workflow can collect information and hand over instead.
It should not invent one. The intended behaviour is to use approved information, ask for what is missing, or hand over to a person.
Not by default. We start from the systems a business already uses where that is practical. Replacement is not assumed and would only happen if it were explicitly agreed.
Klyvexa is an automation company, not a single-trade agency. The workflows suit businesses where missed enquiries, quotes, appointments and follow-up matter — including trades and home services, professional services, property, automotive, clinics and other appointment-led operations. We are not claiming existing customers in those industries.
Lead Recovery is £299 setup + £199/month, paid on Stripe’s hosted checkout after you agree on a call. Growth Automation is £499 setup + £349/month and is agreed on a discovery call — there is no Growth Stripe link on this website. Custom Automation has no catalogue price; talk to Klyvexa. Third-party messaging, AI, telephony or other provider usage may be subject to separate limits or costs depending on the final configuration.
Setup depends on the workflow and integrations required. We confirm scope before implementation.
Not necessarily. We start from how enquiries already reach the business. Changes are only made where they are needed for the agreed workflow.
It is a short questionnaire that helps identify where automation could improve the customer journey. The report uses what you tell us, and may quote a public website title if one can be read safely. It does not invent revenue loss, ROI or customer results. Completing it does not start a paid engagement or switch anything on. After the report you can book a discovery call.
Scope is agreed. Lead Recovery payment is taken on Stripe’s hosted checkout if that is the package (£299 setup + £199/month; £498 due first, then £199 each month). Growth and Custom are not paid through that link. After agreement: Business DNA onboarding, configuration from the approved answers, secure account connections if required, QA, your approval, then live operation within the agreed scope. Submitting onboarding does not instantly activate any automation. Passwords should not be submitted through ordinary onboarding forms.
